   **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** COE-INC152541 **Incident Date:** August 11, 2026 ‌ **Summary** On August 11, 2026, between 3:13 PM PDT and 4:49 PM PDT, Autodesk Forma Build experienced an issue that prevented customers in the United States and European Union regions from accessing the Photos module within new and existing projects. During the incident, customers were unable to access photo-related workflows within affected projects. ‌ **Impacted Services** * Forma Build Photos ‌ **Root Cause** * A configuration change intended to control availability of the Photos module was applied more broadly than intended, causing the Photos module to no longer appear within affected projects. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following: * Corrected the affected configuration, restoring access to the Photos module for customers in the United States and European Union regions. * Strengthen validation of configuration changes that control product feature availability before they are applied to production. * Improve safeguards around configuration changes to reduce the risk of unintended changes affecting customer projects. ‌ Thank you for your patience and understanding.
