  1. investigating Oct 06, 2026, 05:44 PM UTC

We are investigating a service disruption caused by a third-party service provider that is affecting a subset of customers in the Oceania region including Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Island countries experiencing issues using passkey sign-in when accessing multiple Autodesk products. As a workaround, affected customers can continue to sign in using their email address and password or another available sign-in method. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

We are continuing to work on resolving this service disruption caused by a third-party service provider that is affecting a subset of customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands experiencing issues using passkey sign-in when accessing multiple Autodesk products. Subsequently, we identified that additional authentication methods, including Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) and Text messaging (SMS) authentication, were also impacted for a subset of users in all regions. As a workaround, affected customers can continue to sign in using their email address and password or another available sign-in method. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
