Impacted users were unable to add or update contacts in their qualification applications. ‌ **Impacted Services** * BuildingConnected \(Qualifications module\) * TradeTapp by BuildingConnected ‌ **Root Cause** * The service disruption was caused by a faulty deployment which contained a regression that blocked this workflow. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken.
