   **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** #COE-INC151045 **Incident Date:** July 23, 2026 ‌ **Summary** June 23, 2026, between 1:34 AM PDT and 2:49 AM PDT, Autodesk customers using Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the Germany region experienced issues accessing cloud model workflows, including sync with central and model open. model open. model open. ‌ **Impacted Services** * Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the Germany region ‌ **Root Cause** * Two configuration errors were introduced during scheduled routine maintenance in the Germany region, preventing some services from communicating correctly. * These issues affected multiple supporting services, which prevented some customers from completing Sync with Central and Model Open workflows. * As a result, customers in the Germany region were temporarily unable to use those workflows. No workaround was available during the incident. * Autodesk restored service by rolling back the change.
