**AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** #coe-inc150722-forge-data-asset-graph **Incident Date:** July 21, 2026 **Summary** On July 21, 2026, between 08:55 PM PDT and 11:10 PM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service degradation affecting Fusion, Fusion Team, Fusion Online and Autodesk Platform Services \(APS\) – Manufacturing Data Model in the US region. During this time, customers experienced intermittent failures when saving changes to designs, creating new design versions, working with Bills of Materials \(BOMs\), creating milestones, and exporting data. **Impacted Services** * Fusion * Fusion Team * Fusion Online * APS – Manufacturing Data Model **Root Cause** * A request for a very large amount of data continued processing after it timed out, leading to repeated retries that overloaded supporting systems. * We resolved the issue by limiting the requests causing the problem and handling them separately from other customer activity, reducing strain on the affected systems. **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following: * Autodesk is strengthening timeout controls, so large requests stop within defined limits and cannot continue consuming system capacity after a timeout. * Autodesk is adding additional safeguards to maintain reliable performance as demand varies to reduce the risk of disruption to customer workflows. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
