As a result, certain customers viewed stale user profile information in Autodesk account User Management. ‌ **Impacted Services** * User management pages containing user profile information in Autodesk account ‌ **Root Cause** * The issue was due to an API migration which provides user profile data to the impacted pages on Autodesk Account. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken.
