    **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** #COE-INC141778 **Incident Date:** April 26, 2026 ‌ **Summary** On April 26, 2026, between 2:22 AM PDT and 12:51 PM PDT, Autodesk Forma Build, Autodesk Forma Takeoff, and Autodesk Forma Data Management experienced a service disruption affecting sheet publish and extract in the India region. ‌ **Impacted Services** * Sheet publish and extract in the India region were unavailable or degraded during this period. * After service was restored, publish and extract operated normally. ‌ **Root Cause** * An incomplete update to the supporting infrastructure for the Sheets Tool resulted in application services being unable to connect with the correct credentials. * This led to service degradation and publish and extract were unavailable until the service was restored. ‌ **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following: * Applied a fix that restored service by refreshing configuration and credentials for affected application services. * Implement additional testing and monitoring to prevent recurrence. ‌ Thank you for your patience and understanding.
