**AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** #COE-INC147778 **Incident Date:** June 29, 2026 **Summary** On June 29, 2026, between 2:00 AM PDT and 4:13 AM PDT, Autodesk customers using Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the US region experienced issues accessing cloud model workflows, including sync with central, initiate collaboration, and model open. **Impacted Services** * Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models in the US region **Root Cause** * During routine maintenance, a configuration difference existed between the service capacity settings in AWS and the service template used to manage the environment. * A manual capacity update caused the maintenance process to treat the environment as unstable and revert to a lower capacity setting. * This caused the service to run on an insufficient scale to reliably support customer activity. * As a result, some Revit Cloud Model workflows in the US region became unavailable. * Autodesk restored service by adding capacity, reducing pressure on the affected service, and allowing it to return to normal operation. **Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following: * Strengthening safeguards so sufficient service capacity is maintained during routine maintenance. * Automating maintenance activities to improve consistency and reduce risk attributable to human error. * Improving recovery procedures so teams can more quickly stabilize the service when capacity is compromised.
