On May 19, 2026, at 5:11 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where a subset of customers had missing events related to user login and user attachment views in FPTR. Once the issue was resolved on May 19, 2026, at 6:28 AM PDT, FPTR returned to normal operation. Most of the missing events \(>90%\) were attachment view events, with a smaller subset of login related events. **Impacted Services** * Flow Production Tracking **Root Cause** * A code deployment introduced an incompatibility with the underlying database, causing a subset of event logs to fail to be created for a small number of customer sites.
