   **AUTODESK EVENT ANALYSIS** **Incident Number:** #coe-inc140669-acc-plangrid **Incident Date:** April 15, 2026 ‌ ‌**Summary** On April 15, 2026, between 04:36 AM PDT and 07:22 AM PDT, Autodesk experienced a service disruption in order fulfillment. This issue impacted new PlanGrid customers, who experienced delays in gaining access to the product. Access that is typically provisioned within three hours was delayed to up to six hours. ‌ ‌**Impacted Services** * PlanGrid ‌ ‌**Root Cause** * A recent service update introduced an issue that affected the processing of manual fulfilment requests, resulting in delays. * The issue was identified and resolved by correcting the service configuration and restoring normal processing behaviour. ‌ ‌**Autodesk Actions** Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following: * Enhanced monitoring and alerting to detect fulfilment delays more quickly and enable faster response times. * Strengthened validation processes for service updates to reduce the risk of similar issues in the future. ‌ ‌Thank you for your patience and understanding.
