    On October 07, 2026 at 05:06 AM PDT, Autodesk identified an issue where a subset of customers experienced latency while accessing the Flow Platform GraphQL API, Flow Platform Permissions and Flow Platform Provisioning. Once the issue was resolved on October 07, 2026 at 05:15 AM PDT, all products returned to normal operation. This is a retroactive notification as this issue did not display on the Autodesk Health Dashboard at that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
