We are continuing to monitor Microsoft’s progress with restoring functionality to Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint. Confirmed issues during this incident included, but are not limited to the following: Outlook: O365 fails to load after logging in via web browser. Emails being caught in the “outbox” folder and not sending. Teams: Inability to create or modify new teams and channels or using the search function. Users may also not see an updated list of files and links will fail to load within the Chat shared tab. Sharepoint: Searching in Sharepoint is also impacted. We will continue to provide updates from Microsoft as they become available.

Microsoft has provided an update that Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint are nearly returned to normal operations following infrastructure optimizations and server restarts performed earlier this afternoon. We will continue to provide updates from Microsoft as they work towards full service restoration
