Our software solutions are currently experiencing widespread unavailability due to a major outage affecting Amazon Web Services (AWS), a critical infrastructure provider we rely on for hosting and operations. This third-party incident is impacting multiple AWS regions globally, leading to degraded performance and downtime across our platform. We have confirmed this is not an issue originating from our systems but stems from an AWS-wide disruption reported earlier today. AWS has acknowledged the problem and is actively working on mitigation. Services like Snapchat, Roblox, Fortnite, and others have also been affected, underscoring the breadth of this event.
