Some customers in the US may see errors when they load pages, answer in-app surveys or use our API. Refreshing the page or retrying the request usually works. The cause is an issue at our cloud provider, which they are working to fix. Customers in Australia and Europe are not affected. We will post an update within 60 minutes.

More customers in the US are now seeing errors. Our cloud provider is still working on a fix and has not yet given an estimate for when it will be resolved. Retrying failed requests usually works. Customers in Australia and Europe are not affected. We will post another update within 60 minutes.

Errors have stopped since about 12:00 NZDT and the service is working normally. Our cloud provider has not yet confirmed the fix, so we are monitoring closely. We will post another update within 60 minutes.

This issue is resolved and the service is working normally. Between about 03:30 and 12:00 NZDT on 30 October (29 October in the US), some requests failed because of a problem at our cloud provider.
