We’re investigating an issue that’s affecting AI Source Material uploads in Rise 360 for customers in our EU data center. When uploading content for either course or block creation, Creators may see an error message and be unable to complete the upload. This issue only affects customers in the EU region. We'll keep you posted on our progress. We're so sorry for the trouble!
