We’re investigating an issue that prevents image generation and image editing from loading in Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Course Draft generation in Rise 360 is also affected. We’re working to identify the cause and will share an update as soon as we know more. We’re sorry for the trouble.

Image generation and editing modals should now load across both Rise 360 & Storyline 360. Images should generate successfully most of the time. However, we continue to see intermittent failures and are actively investigating. In Rise 360, AI-generated courses are now processing again, though processing times may be longer than usual. We’ll continue to share updates as we have them. We’re sorry for the trouble.
