Resolved after 2 days 6 hours, on March 21, 2014.
Initial work has been completed, but we did find a line card that is showing signs of issues. We have removed it from service and will be scheduling another brief schedule maintenance window in the near future to carry out full replacement and testing. We are monitoring our network as always, and in about 5 minutes this scheduled maintenance window will close. Thank you - Nevin Lyne, Director of Technology

We will be performing scheduled firmware updates to our core Juniper switches that tie between our VPS systems our upstream routers. There will likely be short term impact as we carry out the work, and if there are any major issues with the JunOS upgrades we will roll back to the existing configuration if needed. The maintenance window is listed as 1 hour long, but impacts to clients will not be any more than a few minutes inside of that window. We will update the status page as work progresses, and a final a clear at the end of the maintenance window. Thank you and please remember upgrades like this are to make sure performance and stability are maintained across our systems and networks. If you have any questions please contact our Support Team.

Staff are starting the work in the schedule maintenance window for the core uplink switches. We have also set Network Infrastructure to "Degraded Performance" during the window as there will be periods accessibility or latency will be affected to all Arcustech client servers. We will keep the maintenance window as brief as possible, but periodic upgrades are needed to keep the network secure and stable. Thank you - Nevin Lyne, Director of Technology
