Resolved after 1 day, on November 2, 2026.

resolved Nov 03, 2026, 03:00 PM UTC

Investigating (Nov 2, 2026, 10:22 AM ET / 15:22 UTC) We’re investigating reports of slow sign-in on Public Cloud. Users who are already signed in are not affected. Identified (Nov 3, 2026, 10:25 AM ET / 15:25 UTC) Slow sign-ins recurred from 9:55 to 10:25 AM ET. We traced the cause to an internal service that was overloaded by a high-volume sync event. Performance is back to normal, and we’re preparing a fix. Monitoring (Nov 5, 2026, ET) Sign-in performance remains normal. A configuration change to add capacity is scheduled, and we’ll keep monitoring until it’s deployed.
