Google Play subscription reports are currently delayed, with the latest available data from Google being August 9. The delay is on Google's side, and we're monitoring for new reports as they become available. We'll share an update here once Google resumes releasing subscription data.

There's nothing new from Google just yet. Subscription reports are still only available through August 9, and we're waiting for Google to release the following days. We're continuing to monitor and will update here as soon as new reports become available.

Google has now released partial subscription data through August 19. Active Subscriptions are available through August 19, while Activations and Cancellations are currently available through August 16. We'll continue monitoring for the remaining reports and share another update as Google releases them.

Google Play download reports are currently delayed, with the latest available data from Google being June 30. This delay is on Google's side. Google reports now typically arrive with a 2–5 day delay. Since we're now outside of that normal window, we're actively monitoring for new data. We'll update you as soon as Google resumes releasing reports.

Google has now released reports through August 2, which we've already imported. Reports for August 3 were also recently released by Google, and we're currently importing that data. We'll continue monitoring for additional days as Google makes them available.

The intermittent errors have cleared up, and things are looking much better. We'll continue monitoring for a little while longer to make sure everything remains stable.

Google account syncs are back up and running as usual, and any accounts affected by today's issue should now be updating normally. We're monitoring as syncs catch up for the day.

There's still no new subscription report data from Google beyond June 14. We're continuing to monitor the delay, and as soon as Google releases the missing reports, we'll automatically import them for everyone.

Google has started releasing additional subscription data for June and July. All Active Subscriptions are now available through July 4, while additional metrics like Activations and Cancellations are currently available through July 2. We'll continue importing new data automatically as Google makes it available. The current delay is Google's standard 2-5 day delay for releasing data.

Usage syncs are back up and running after we implemented a workaround earlier this week. We'll be keeping an eye on things throughout the rest of the day to make sure everything continues updating normally.

The update has been deployed and we're now syncing data and monitoring results. If you were impacted by this issue, you should begin seeing data update as syncs complete. We'll continue to monitor and share a final update once we've confirmed everything is operating normally.

AdMob syncs are running again, and data is importing normally. We’ll resolve this incident once the remaining syncs finish catching up.

Google downloads for May 7th are currently missing in the Google Play Developer Console, even though downloads from May 8th and later are already available. We’ve reached out to Google about the missing data and are waiting to hear back with more information about the delay. As soon as the data is released on Google’s end, we’ll automatically pull it into Appfigures and share another update here.

Google has now released downloads for May 7th in the Google Play Developer Console. The missing data is now being picked up automatically through our usual daily syncs and will continue importing normally.

Errors affecting the App Intelligence report have subsided, and we’re now monitoring things.

We’ve rolled out a workaround for the recent changes from Apple and have kicked off usage syncs to bring data back up to speed. You should start seeing your data catch up shortly as syncs complete. One note: Apple’s changes mean the opt-in rate metric isn’t currently available in the same way, so it won’t be reflected for now. We’re working on an additional workaround to restore this metric in the future.

We've found and fixed the issue so reports should be loading correctly now. We'll be watching the data flow for a bit to make sure everything's loading smoothly.

Things are looking much better, and ASO updates are catching up. Everything appears back to normal, but we’ll keep monitoring for a bit to make sure it stays that way.

We’re monitoring an issue affecting Apple App Store ratings data in recent weeks. On some days, new rating counts do not update (sometimes for multiple days in a row). When Apple resumes publishing updates, the totals we receive may reflect two or three days combined, depending on how long the freeze lasted. Our systems are operating normally; this appears to be a delay/freezing from Apple's end. How this will look: 1. Daily new rating counts may appear missing on certain days 2. When updates resume, rating totals may “catch up” and look larger than usual We’re continuing to monitor and will share updates here.

Between the 23rd and today, Apple App Store ratings have been updating daily on Apple’s end, and new rating counts are reflecting expected day-by-day changes. We will continue to monitor closely for any new delays or irregularities and will post an update here if anything changes.

Things are settling down with the Competitor Paid Keywords report. Errors are subsiding, and we’re keeping an eye on it.
