    Since 00:45 AM PT, we are currently investigating an issue that is resulting in delays for deliveries using mixed segmentation, based on a combination of Tags and Attributes/Events. Messages utilizing only simple segmentation or no segmentation are unaffected by this delay and are performing normally. Our engineering team is working to identify and resolve this point.
