    We are actively monitoring an issue that affected webhooks and the Messages GET API for new booking threads. Partners may have been impacted during the window of Feb 24, 2026 5:26 PM PST through Feb 25, 2026 7:25 PM PST. Impacted partners may not have received webhook notifications for the first message in a new booking, and may be unable to retrieve those messages via the GET /v2/threads/{thread_id}/messages endpoint. We have identified the root cause of this issue and deployed a mitigation. We are working on backfilling impacted data.

    We are currently investigating an issue that had begun on 2025-06-18, affecting a subset of reservation webhook notifications where the thread_id is not populated in the reservation object. As a result, some webhook notifications may experience delivery delays. Please note that this issue does not impact all reservation webhook notifications but is limited to a small subset. We recommend utilizing the GET reservations API to retrieve the necessary data for your system. Further updates will be provided as we progress in resolving this issue.
