    We are actively monitoring an issue that affected webhooks and the Messages GET API for new booking threads. Partners may have been impacted during the window of Feb 24, 2026 5:26 PM PST through Feb 25, 2026 7:25 PM PST. Impacted partners may not have received webhook notifications for the first message in a new booking, and may be unable to retrieve those messages via the GET /v2/threads/{thread_id}/messages endpoint. We have identified the root cause of this issue and deployed a mitigation. We are working on backfilling impacted data.
