    Some background tasks in the Adoptech Portal ran slowly or did not complete. This affected: Emails; Evidence exports (ZIP files); Test run reports (PDFs); Scheduled automated tests. The rest of the Portal kept working. No data was lost. We restarted the service, fixed the memory problem behind it, added a weekly automatic restart, and added alerts so we catch this early in future.
