Adobe Experience Platform incident
Platform Core Services, Adobe Journey Optimizer: Performance issue
Ongoing since 08:26 PM UTC, affecting Platform Core Services.
A subset of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and AJO B2B customers in the Americas and EMEA regions may be experiencing a service degradation. What has changed: The Adobe engineering team has identified that the issue originates with a third-party data-store provider that these services depend on. That provider is deploying and validating a fix intended to resolve the latency; validation is ongoing, and a parallel investigation continues in case the fix does not fully resolve the issue.Customer impact: A subset of customers may continue to encounter slower-than-expected datastore responses. We will post updates as soon as new information is available. If you have any questions, please contact AJO Support via the Admin Console or Experience League.
