We are currently tracking an issue with the TrustedForm dashboard. Users may experience intermittent errors and slow responses when viewing the dashboard.

We are currently investigating an increase in error responses when retaining TrustedForm for Facebook certificates. We are working to identify the cause of the errors and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve them. This does not impact TrustedForm for Web certificates.
We have identified an unexpected error when attempting to retrieve form data from Facebook for some forms, and are working on mitigating the issue for those forms.
A fix has been implemented to allow for TrustedForm for Facebook to retain certificates from the impacted forms.
Payments to charge the pay-as-you-go wallet are currently offline. We have identified an issue with our payment gateway provider and have made a fix. We have filed an issue with the provider and are expecting a response on Friday morning during their support hours. In the meantime, our engineers are working on a fix that will keep impacted accounts in service while we work with our provider to resolve the issue. We will update this incident as the situation develops.

There appears to be a problem with the Facebook Lead Ads API that's preventing leads from being received by LeadConduit. We are investigating and tracking Meta's progress in addressing this.
It appears that our systems are successfully capturing the lead notifications from Meta. Once the issue is resolved, those will be processed and sent through as quickly as possible.
Meta is confirmed that the issue has been resolved and leads are being successfully delivered to LeadConduit. Leads generated during the outage will be processed today.
We've identified an issue where TrustedForm certificates accompanying Facebook Lead Ad leads may be considered as having an invalid format by LeadConduit. That is, acceptance criteria or other rules on TF Certificate validity may be incorrectly met. A fix is in the process of being deployed as quickly as possible.
