We are currently investigating an interruption of service impacting access to the Acquia Cloud UI Application for a subset of customers. Initial investigation indicates that users who have the IP address allowlisting feature enabled on their account are unable to access their applications and may be encountering error messages. Our Team has detected the issue and are working towards identifying the root cause and restore full functionality.
