We're aware of an outage with one of our third-party systems that is causing several front-end issues, including viewing the left-hand navigation panel and document loading on the request details page for a number of customers. No back-end outages or data issues should be occurring. Our engineering team is in contact with our third-party systems to rectify this ASAP.
