    The Zip team has recovered from an issue where a validation error message mistakenly blocked users from signing in from their company subdomain on Zip (e.g., mycompany.ziphq.com). Users logging in directly from their SSO Providers were unaffected. The issue has since been resolved as of 2/2/2024 at 7:16AM PST.
