We have been actively monitoring the system since we first detected intermittent slowness affecting access to the Zenoti application on AMRS19. We have observed no further impact since 1:30 PM (PDT). Our engineering team continues to investigate the root cause to prevent recurrence. We will provide a further update once our investigation is complete.
