We are investigating an issue with the task that publishes recurring campaigns and will update this incident as we confirm impact and mitigation. Customer-visible impact aligns with the missed scheduled publication window on 14 April 2025. We became aware and initiated our response at 08:42 UTC after routine monitoring indicated that expected campaign publication had not completed. Resolution: Publication for affected scheduled campaigns was restored after we re-ran the generation process; confirmation work completed by 09:01 UTC. The underlying failure was related to a temporary outage affecting our scheduler service, which briefly prevented the publication task from starting as expected.
