    Investigation: We investigated a disruption affecting the Integration Center and related automation. Admins were unable to access the Integration Center, and integration flows did not run as expected until service was fully restored. Customer-visible impact began at 11:41 UTC on 24 August 2024. Some form-driven automation (for example flows that depend on submissions from the field) did not process as expected while the service was impaired. Our team worked to restore normal operation and validated full recovery before closing this incident. Resolution: The Integration Center and associated flows are operating normally again. Service was restored at 08:15 UTC on 26 August 2024. We updated the credentials used by the integration service and restarted it successfully. We have also adjusted our internal procedures after the maintenance that affected this service, and we are strengthening monitoring so similar disruption is less likely. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused to users and administrators. This class of issue was a first-time occurrence for this path, and the change to our server update process is intended to prevent a repeat.
