    Investigation: Some scheduled recurring campaigns may not have published as expected on 14 April 2025. We are investigating an issue with the task that publishes recurring campaigns and will update this incident as we confirm impact and mitigation. Customer-visible impact aligns with the missed scheduled publication window on 14 April 2025. We became aware and initiated our response at 08:42 UTC after routine monitoring indicated that expected campaign publication had not completed. Resolution: Publication for affected scheduled campaigns was restored after we re-ran the generation process; confirmation work completed by 09:01 UTC. The underlying failure was related to a temporary outage affecting our scheduler service, which briefly prevented the publication task from starting as expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the resilience of our systems.
