    We are currently aware of an issue where users are unable to log in to the Peter Connects Receptionist portal and MS Teams app. When navigating to the URL, a blank page appears instead of the login screen. Clicking on the Receptionist app in Teams generates an error message stating "There was a problem reaching this app." We are investigating the issue with our partner as a high priority. A workaround is to have the affected users log in via the Broadworks Receptionist application using the following URL: https://receptionist.voip.evolveip.eu/receptionist/ If you encounter any login issues, please contact Client Support.

    A fix has been implemented. You should be able to log in on the PeterConnects Receptionist portal again. If you continue to experience issues logging in, we recommend contacting Evolve IP Client Support.
