Currently agents are unable to log in to the Peter Connects MS Teams app via url: https://evolveipeu.msteamsbw.onpeterconnects.com/ When navigating to the URL, a notification appears that the page is not secure. Some agents may be able to click through the notification and eventually login using the Edge browser. If not, agents can use the same credentials and the following URL as a workaround: https://evolveipeu.bw.onpeterconnects.com/ Be aware that using this URL, Teams Contacts can't be searched for and presence is not visible. If you still encounter any login issues on the workaround URL, please contact Client Support. A ticket is raised with the vendor to work on solving the issue.
