We have received reports of users not being able to make or receive calls via the PeterConnects Receptionist application. We are investigating the incident with our vendor.

We have received feedback indicating that calls can be initiated using the PeterConnects Receptionist application. However, you may encounter delays in application responsiveness. We are continuing to investigate.

The issue is still under investigation, but based on positive client feedback it seems the issues are resolved. We are currently monitoring and are awaiting further updates from the vendor. If you continue to experience any issues please inform Evolve IP Client Support a.s.a.p.
