Good morning, We have received notifications that at the moment the PeterConnects application is showing issues, where either (or both) the Calls/Gesprekken tab and the contacts/contactpersonen tab is not properly loading in, causing agents to be unable to transfer calls or some instances are even unable to answer calls. We have created an incident ticket with the supplier with the highest priority and we will keep you updated via this statuspage. In the meantime, as a workaround please use the Broadsworks receptionist tool which can be reached via the following URL: https://callcenter.voip.evolveip.eu/callcenter/ Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have noticed improvements in the application. Contacts are visible and loaded in again, and calls seem to be visible again. However, we have not received an official resolution from the supplier, so please do not consider the issue resolved. Please feel free to test the working of the application. If you still run into any issues, please switch back over to the workaround URL.

The issue has been fully resolved. It is still unclear at the moment what the rootcause of the issue was, and we have requested the supplier to continue their investigation. We will provide more information via a RFO, which will be sent out within 10 working days.
