A major outage affects the delivery of emails throughout the application. All communications expected by emails will suffer up to 18 hours delay. Our engineers have identified that source of the outage to the third party in charge of email delivery for Officevibe. We are currently working with this third party to fix the issue. Note that Slack and SMS messaging is not affected by this outage.
