We are investigating an issue impacting Copilot and AI by Workato. Customers may encounter errors, "An error occurred during generation. Please try again" or "429 Too Many Requests". We will share additional information as soon as it is available.

After further monitoring, this issue is now considered resolved. For Copilot, customers can simply resubmit their requests. For AI by Workato, customers who experienced "429 Too Many Requests" may need to repeat the affected jobs if needed.
