    We identified an issue affecting the Agent Studio conversations page. This Workato UI screen displayed empty values in the "Conversation with" field for some conversation records. This issue is now resolved, and the platform correctly displays information for all new conversations. We are actively evaluating options to address existing conversation records with missing data. If you continue to experience any issues with new Agent Studio conversations, please contact Workato Support at support.workato.com.
