On December 03, 2025, between approximately 02:38 PM and 02:45 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a service degradation affecting job processing, API platform, developer, and embedded API services. Customers may have observed job failures with "Internal Error" messages, job processing delays due to missing polls, errors in API platform requests, and failures when starting recipes. Trigger events are still stored, and users may retry jobs if necessary. All services have been restored to normal operation.
