We've received reports that some users on Sky Broadband in UK are having trouble loading Wix sites. The issue appears to be with the internet service provider itself, not with Wix. While we investigate, we recommend contacting Sky's support team directly for assistance. You can also try switching to a different internet connection, such as your mobile phone's data, to access your site.

We have done an extensive investigation and found the issue to be caused by the routing path between a client's ISP (Internet service provider) and Wix before it reaches Wix's infrastructure. As such, it is not possible for us to resolve it on our end. In case you encounter this issue, please contact your ISP directly as their customer in order for them to address and resolve the issue.
