Oct 20, 14:43:34 GMT+0 - Identified - We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. We have also noticed some issues with videos encoding as well and are working to address that. Oct 20, 14:54:37 GMT+0 - Identified - We are still digging into this incident as it is related to issues with our upstream provider. We are seeing video processing issues across several our of creation tools at this time. Oct 20, 16:55:05 GMT+0 - Investigating - The ongoing AWS outage continues to degrade some of our workflows. Video encoding is delayed. Video Edits, Recordings and Live Stream Events are degraded as a result. We're looking into workarounds.
