Hello, We observed alarms starting at 5:45 AM This morning that indicated the device connected to the handoff port of City of Stevens Point - 400927 was disconnected. We initially believed it to be low traffic alarms, but they persisted through the morning. We attempted to make contact this morning. We reached the City Clerks office and asked to be transferred to their networking staff. Shannon attempted to transfer us to Lexi, but was unable to as some of their phone functions were down. They provided a contact for Lexi at 715 342 2124. However, when a phone call was made, they did not answer and we could not leave a voicemail. Shannon advised they were aware of the network issue but did not have more information past that.
