Hello, We have received the following RFO from our provider: At approximately 8:41 AM Central on October 7, 2026, multiple TEACH-connected school districts and library locations across Wisconsin experienced a brief loss of connectivity lasting approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Services restored automatically, and subsequent testing confirmed normal network operation. AT&T coordinated with Frontier/Verizon, Access Wisconsin, GLS, and other stakeholders to investigate potential network events, maintenance activities, or transport issues during the timeframe. No planned maintenance, alarms, change activity, or known network events were identified by any participating provider. Post-event testing of affected circuits and network paths showed services operating normally with no service-affecting conditions present. At this time, the event appears to have been a short-duration, multi-site interruption affecting numerous TEACH locations simultaneously. While the outage characteristics suggest the possibility of a transient upstream transport or aggregation-related event, the available data does not provide sufficient evidence to conclusively identify a root cause. Therefore, the cause of the outage remains unknown. AT&T will continue to review any additional information that becomes available; however, all affected services are currently operating normally and no further customer impact has been observed.
