Atlas Billing/Quoting Unavailable
White Label Communications experienced a minor incident on July 28, 2022 affecting Web Portal, lasting 5h 25m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Rackspace CDN Issue Our 3rd party vendor Rackspace is experiencing a service interruption. Atlas uses the Rackspace CDN for storage of pdf files for Quotes, Credits and Invoices. Due to this issue Atlas users are unable to create Credits, Quotes and Invoices and are also unable to retrieve existing pdfs for Quotes, Credits and Invoices. Creating Payments is also affected since we update the Invoice pdf when a payment is applied to it. Our billing process starts at 11am Eastern, if this issue is still persisting at that time we will push back the start time to ensure Invoices are created successfully.
