    The South-East pointing sector of our Kaipo Flats transmitter has failed overnight and is currently offline, affecting 5 customers. Hardware replacement is planned today but high winds are causing significant safety issues and slowing down the work.

    A faulty radio has been swapped out. Connectivity has been restored. This is a permanent fix, no further work is required

    The North-East pointing sector of our Punt Hill transmitter (Onewhero Tuakau Bridge Road) has failed overnight and is currently offline, affecting 8 customers. Hardware replacement is planned this morning.

    This issue has been resolved with a temporary fix. A full repair will be scheduled this week

    Our upstream provider is experiencing international transit issues which are intermittently affecting our network. Updates to follow.

    Our upstream provider is having difficulties with a targeted Denial of Service attack. They are mitigating domestic service, but international connections are still struggling.

    Although international traffic is now performing as normal, underlying issues have not gone away and connections are being monitored.

    9:15pm - We are investigating an outage releated to a lightning strike earlier today. Technicians are on their way to investigate 10:15pm Damaged components have been replaced or bypassed. Connectivity has been restored. Priority maintenance work will be scheduled this week for a permanent fix

    There is a power failure at the transmitter site which requires a site visit to resolve. Technicians are preparing to leave shortly.

    We are aware of an issue with the fibre service in Onewhero village. We are investigating what seems to be a power issue. We will advise when the service is restored. We expect this to be within the hour.
