    English: A database upgrade has restored normal service. We are still investigating the underlying cause and remain fully engaged until a permanent fix is in place. Nous poursuivons nos investigations afin d'identifier la cause du problème et restons pleinement mobilisés jusqu'à la mise en place d'une solution définitive.
