We are investigating reports that users are unable to sign in to Wave through their mobile app. While we investigate, users can still access Wave through our web application. You can access the web application through a desktop browser or your mobile browser through https://my.waveapps.com/login/

We have released a new version of the Wave mobile app (version 4.15.0) that resolves the sign in issues through SSO. In order to install the latest update; 1. Go to the App Store / Google Play on your phone 2. Update to the latest version of the Wave app (4.15.0) 3. Launch the app 4. Re-launch the app
