    Start Time: 0455 Service(s) Affected: Chorus UFB services in the lower North Island Customer Impact: Loss of service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    The issue is due to a line card failure on our backhaul link from Wellington to Auckland. A field technician is due to arrive on-site in Wellington with a replacement line card by 8am and once on-site it will take around 1 hour to replace the line card.

    The technician is on-site and the line card has been replaced. Testing is taking place now and we are anticipating service restoration by 9am.
