Some customers with Polycom desk phones may find them on a default screen this morning. This was due to a fault with a software update that was released overnight. To resolve the issue, please reboot any affected phones using the instructions here: http://help.vorco.net/en/articles/3025799-skyphone-polycom-configuration-updates It is normal during the reboot process for your phone to automatically restart, it may take 3-5 minutes for your phone to fully boot back to normal.
